Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Dabbsson.co.uk, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that the return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.  

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Dabbsson.co.uk.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in Dabbsson's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

The return service is currently available to UK orders only. Please email support@dabbsson.com for a return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label within 3 business days. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

For the non-quality related return of UK orders, we'll charge the shipping cost. For quality issues, we will give you a one-time free replacement after you receive the goods.

Please DO NOT return the items without the RMA confirmation from the Dabbsson Customer Service Team.

For returns without confirmation, the refund or replacement may not be processed.

It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window.

Refund

After we receive your return package, we'll issue the refund within 5 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.

Return Shipping Cost

We will charge you the shipping fee under these circumstances:

If you cancel your order over 24 hours and within 30 days without any reason, we'll charge the shipping cost.

Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
